The Journey That Led Me Here
My path into this work began with my own deep longing — a longing to feel at home in my body, to experience the full aliveness of my sexuality, and to know the sacred dimension of intimate relationship.
I have walked through the fires of shame, disconnection, and heartbreak — and I have found my way back to wholeness through the ancient wisdom of Tantra, somatic embodiment, and sacred sexuality practices.
Today I guide women and men through that same transformation — back to the wild beauty of their soulful bodies, and into the freedom they have always deserved.

The VITA™ Sex, Love & Relationship Coaching Certification is widely regarded as one of the most advanced professional certifications in the world for this field. Developed by Layla Martin — named Women’s Health Magazine’s “Headmistress of Pleasure” and a teacher with over 20 years of experience and 15,000+ hours of practice — the VITA™ method integrates modern neuroscience with ancient tantric and somatic wisdom.
This is not a weekend workshop. The VITA™ certification is a rigorous one-year, three-trimester programme covering personal transformation, 10 core coaching modules, and a full business training. Graduates are equipped to guide clients through trauma healing, somatic embodiment, nervous system work, pleasure practices, breathwork, energy work, and the full spectrum of sacred sexuality.
